Modern Approach To Hardwood Flooring
TECHNOLOGY
Construction
Engineered Hardwood
Engineered wood invention in the 1960s, followed by advances in appearance and performance, had resulted in roughly 30% of all the wood flooring sold. Engineered wood is faster to install, and less prone to moisture damage. Engineered boards could be used in some traditionally hard circumstances, such as in cellar or vault or over concrete floor.
Our engineered hardwood proudly belongs to best category in wide spectrum of offerings:
- 4mm-plus top wear layer, which can be sanded up to 5 times
- Multiple layered moisture resistant plywood
- Multiple finish coats
- 25-year-plus warranty
- 5/8 or 3/4" thickness
- 5G® Locking System
- Wide selection of color tints and finishes
- More surface treatments, such as hand scraped and wire brushed
Locking Mechanism
5G® Installation System
Our engineered hardwood floor planks feature licensed 5G® Locking System:
- Based on a fold down simple and fast vertical snap glueless floating floor installation method
- Specially designed locking mechanism with flexible plastic tongue provide tight installation, shocking proof, and enhanced water resistance
- Glass fiber-reinforced tongue on the folding panel
- Does not require any floor installation tools
- Applicable for all types, thickness, and widths of floor products, including boards with thick top wear layer
Old School Flooring and Modern World
Flooring Wide Planks
The current trend in hardwood flooring is for broader planks up to 4" wide, although true wide plank flooring is a small subset of the hardwood flooring market, with boards ranging in width from 6 to 20".
Wide plank flooring brings the following advantages to your estate:
- Real estate value
- Fewer seams
- Classic look in homes
- Well blend in rustic decor
Durable Flooring and Multiple Refinishing
Thick Top Wear Layer
Our thick top wear layer means more durable and reliable flooring. This also brings a higher price range, but our floor planks will last for longer time than less expansive thinner veneer options and allow for multiple refinishing.
We offer engineered wood with a 4mm sawn veneer face wear layer and a 5.5mm wear layer, which is one of the thickest on the market. Our floor planks are engineered for stability and durability, with a 4 or 5.5mm wear layer face that can go through refinishing as many times as a traditional solid wood parquet.
Environmental Impact
Environmentally Friendly
Our company promotes and supports environmentally friendly forest operations, such as following area environmental requirements and collecting trees from well-managed forests.
Minimum diameters for each tree are specified for logging extraction, following the principles of selective timber harvesting. Selective harvesting results in the greatest quality lumber while also encouraging natural regeneration.
We also take special precautions to ensure that no dangerous or poisonous chemicals are used in the manufacturing of our floors. Our Natural Oil is applied in formaldehyde-free floor manufacturing environment and made with vegetable oils.
When you purchase our flooring, you are obtaining a totally natural wood product.
Project Total Cost
Price
Due to the location of the manufacturing plant on the territory relatively close to forestation areas, our parquet has a competitive price compared to comparable high quality products, provides excellent quality, without unnecessary markups for extra transportation and customs clearance.
Total project price could be significantly lowet due to ease of installation using 5G locking fold down mechanism and low maintanance costs.
